Job Title: Service Elevator Coordinator
Contract: Temporary
Location: Detroit, MI
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Service Elevator Coordinator. You will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling and operation of service elevators to ensure efficient and authorized use. Duties include coordinating reservations, escorting users, monitoring usage times, and reporting unauthorized activity. This involves spending most of the day in the elevator assisting users and maintaining proper protocols.
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Pay rate: $18/hr
Responsibilities:
• Manage and review elevator reservations
• Escort users and monitor reservation times
• Release elevators for general use after scheduled periods
• Report unauthorized usage to management
• Track elevator activity and prepare usage reports
Qualifications:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Proficient in data entry and reporting
• Training on elevator operation provided
