We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team in a 100% onsite role. This position is the operational heartbeat of our service department, ensuring technicians are scheduled efficiently, customers receive timely updates, and service requests move smoothly from start to finish. If you excel at organization, communication, and keeping multiple moving parts aligned, this role offers a dynamic and rewarding environment.

What You’ll Do
Service Coordination & Scheduling
Receive, log, and prioritize incoming service requests.
Create and manage service tickets with complete and accurate job details.
Schedule and dispatch technicians based on skill set, availability, and job requirements.
Adjust schedules throughout the day to accommodate urgent or evolving needs.

Customer Support
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service updates and scheduling.
Provide clear communication on timelines, expectations, and next steps.
Address customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
Conduct follow-up calls or surveys to ensure customer satisfaction.

Operational & Administrative Support
Maintain detailed service records, job notes, and documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
Coordinate with inventory, billing, and internal teams to support job completion.
Assist with technician onboarding and provide support with job details and system access.

What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, or customer service.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in construction, engineering, HVAC, plumbing, or adjacent service-based industries.
Familiarity with scheduling logistics and route optimization.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience supporting field technicians or mobile workforce teams.

Work Environment
This role is 100% onsite; remote or hybrid work is not available.
Standard business hours with occasional after-hours support as needed.
Collaborative, team-oriented environment with frequent in-person communication.
