Service Coordinator (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Onsite)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, rotating on-call weekend duty (emails only)
Pay Rate: $30/hour (Temp-to-Hire)

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Service Coordinator to join our client’s Service/Warranty Department. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely resolution of service and warranty requests while maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong sense of urgency, and excels at multitasking and follow-up. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate service and warranty work orders between clients, subcontractors, technicians, and internal teams.
· Maintain up-to-date service logs, vendor and client information, schedules, and work order statuses in ComputerEase and Procore.
· Manage carpenters’ schedules and update the Service Manager on progress.
· Track paperwork associated with service jobs for invoicing and compliance.
· Process subcontractor invoices, code for payment, and assist with weekly check runs.
· Generate A/R invoices, attach payments, and support collections process.
· Provide weekly updates to management on open service items.
· Ensure strong customer relationships through professional communication and timely follow-up.
· Support general administrative tasks including correspondence, data entry, and reporting.

Qualifications
· High school diploma required; 1–2 years of administrative/customer service experience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
· Excellent communication skills with ability to work across diverse teams.
· Strong follow-up skills and high sense of urgency.
· Experience with ComputerEase, Procore, or similar systems a plus.
