North OC, CA: Service Coordinator needed for our Construction company: Will be responsible for managing work order documents and project invoicing (A/P). Provides labor resources to support PMs, PEs and techs for large and small projects.
What you’ll do:
Manages work order documents and project invoicing (A/P).
Provides labor resources to support PMs, PEs and Technicians s for large and small projects. Coordinates materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on needs, skill sets and availability. Responsible for generating, interpreting and printing various reports. Dispatch Field Technician and coordination. Facilitates technician onboarding. Research and resolve expenses and reports discrepancies.
Updates and retains customer account information related to special billing conditions, tax status, invoice approval contacts, billing addresses and special billing rates. Prepares yearly, monthly and weekly execution plans for PMA and L&M work.
Partners with other team members on accounts receivable and Customer Satisfaction, including Client follow-up / Retention program - Projects & Agreements - and satisfaction management. May assist with onboarding Dispatcher and/or Technician employees.

What you bring to the table:
Minimum high school diploma or GED
• Associate degree (AA) preferred
• 2+ years related experience and/or training
