Service Business Development Executive & Estimator HVAC
Pay: $80k - $120k/Yr.

Role Overview Reporting to the Director of Service, this role is dedicated to driving the growth, revenue, and profitability of the company's HVAC service repair business. The position blends sales strategy, accurate estimating, customer relationship management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
• Business Development & Sales: Identify prospects, generate leads, build strong relationships, and close sales to expand the customer base. Monitor industry trends and position the company as a premier HVAC resource.
• Estimating & Proposals: Conduct on-site inspections and surveys to determine project scopes. Prepare, present, and negotiate accurate and timely sales proposals and quotes while maintaining gross margin requirements.
• Operational Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team, service office manager, and staff to plan work, ensure resource availability, and continuously improve internal processes.
• Team Leadership: Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and retention of service technicians while actively working to maintain high team morale.

Qualifications
• Thorough, in-depth knowledge of the HVAC trade and mechanical systems.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with current and prospective clients.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including ERP software and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Metrics for Success Performance in this role is evaluated based on maintaining high customer satisfaction, successfully expanding service revenues and department profitability, consistently providing accurate estimates, and successfully contributing to the retention and recruitment of technicians.
