This is a direct-hire opportunity; we’re handling the initial screening process on behalf of our client, but if hired, you’ll be part of their internal team from day one.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and small to mid-sized businesses
- Complete compliance filings for state excise taxes
- Serve as a primary point of contact for a designated client base
- Support clients with QuickBooks (Desktop and Online), including reconciliations and record reviews
- Interpret tax codes, spot issues early, and provide clear client communication
- Contribute to a strong internal review and accuracy process
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- Active CPA or EA credential (required)
- 2+ years of experience in tax preparation (individual + business returns)
- Proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop and Online)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of accuracy, organization, and client service mindset
- Willingness to pass a criminal and credit background check
- Able to sign non-disclosure and non-solicitation agreements
- Business professional appearance and demeanor
