What You Will Do:
-Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns for individuals and businesses
-Lead and support tax planning and projections to optimize client outcomes
-Conduct tax research, resolve issues, and manage client correspondence
-Oversee tax compliance activities ensuring accuracy and timely filings across all jurisdictions
-Manage client requests, timeliness, and deliverables with a high level of accountability
-Collaborate with internal teams and leadership on special tax projects and initiatives
-Maintain high standards of quality, organization, and client service
What You Bring:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
-4+ years of experience in public accounting
-CPA or Enrolled Agent designation
-Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
-Experience with tax and accounting software, including QuickBooks (QBO/QBD) and preferably Thomson Reuters tools
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
-Strong analytical mindset with a focus on research and problem-solving
-High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
