Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Extended Hours During Tax Season)
Salary Range: $75,000 – $100,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of tax returns: individuals, businesses, and state excise
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client portfolio
Perform QuickBooks record reviews and account reconciliations (desktop and online)
Maintain compliance and up-to-date knowledge of all applicable federal and state tax codes
Collaborate with internal team to support clients’ financial health and accuracy
Provide high-touch, detail-oriented client service and support year-round
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
CPA or EA credential (required)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in tax preparation or as a Tax Accountant/Manager
Strong knowledge of individual, business, and state excise tax
Proficient with QuickBooks (desktop and online)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organization, and client service mindset
Ability to work under pressure in high-volume periods with shifting priorities
Willingness to accept feedback, learn quickly, and take ownership of responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 DOE
