Senior Subcontracts Administrator

AppleOne has partnered with a leading provider of total communications solutions seeking an experienced Senior Subcontracts Administrator to support procurement and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and manage RFPs, RFQs, subcontracts, and supplier agreements.

-Negotiate pricing, terms & conditions, and ensure FAR/DFARS compliance.

-Perform cost/price analysis and document purchase order justifications.

-Manage supplier performance, resolve contract issues, and support program reviews.

-Collaborate with engineering, finance, and program teams to ensure program success.

Qualifications:

-4+ years in subcontracts, procurement, or supply chain (aerospace/defense preferred).

-Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and U.S. government contracting.

-Experience with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office.

-U.S. Person status required (due to export control laws).

-Degree preferred; certifications (CPCM, CFCM, etc.) a plus.
