Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior Staff Accountant to join their team in Bakersfield. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing full-cycle accounting operations, performing complex bank reconciliations, and preparing GAAP-compliant financial statements.

The Senior Staff Accountant will also play a key role in implementing and maintaining internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting year-end audit activities. This position requires collaboration across departments and active involvement in fiscal analysis within a high-integrity environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
3–5 consecutive years of professional accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with internal controls, audits, and compliance
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally

Compensation & Benefits
Salary up to $120,000
