We’re hiring a Senior Warehouse Shipping Clerk to support the Warehouse Manager in daily operations, with a focus on shipping, inventory accuracy, and coordination across departments. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership and keep operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and process outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, labels)
Verify orders, quantities, and product condition prior to shipment
Support inventory control, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, and internal teams
Assist with workflow coordination and daily operational priorities
Maintain shipping accuracy, safety, and quality standards
Qualifications
3+ years of shipping/warehouse experience (senior or lead-level preferred)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) for shipping and inventory tracking
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
