Senior Risk Administrator

We are looking for a Senior Risk Administrator to join our Risk and Contracts team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between Contract Administrator and Risk Manager levels, providing expertise in contractual strategy, administration, and risk mitigation. Job Purpose
The Senior Risk Administrator will support management on contractual rights and obligations while interpreting and administering contract terms. You will play a vital role in reviewing proposals, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to reduce risk and protect company interests.
Key Responsibilities
• Review bid documents and advise estimating teams on Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Provide risk management support, including identifying, mitigating, and transferring risks related to contractual terms and insurance coverage.
• Support preparation of bid documents, qualification statements, and RFP responses.
• Review contractual terms for projects, joint ventures, subcontracts, and other legal agreements.
• Assist with subcontractor compliance (change orders, pay estimates, lien releases, and insurance certificates).
• Interpret insurance policies, performance bonds, and other risk-related documentation.
• Support and advise on Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP), Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIP), and Subguard programs.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, subcontractors, and governmental agencies.
• Manage job set-up documentation, templates, and data tracking in SharePoint, Progress & Projections, and Viewpoint software.
• Track and process subcontractor contracts, pay estimates, insurance documents, and lien waivers.
• Provide administrative support for bids, prequalification forms, and document distribution.
• Collaborate with administrative teams and assist in daily operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
• 5+ years’ experience in construction or related industry contract administration (required).
• Advanced knowledge of Viewpoint Construction Software, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Adobe Professional (highly desired).
• Strong computer skills, including ERP/document management systems (required).
• Experience with Vista by Viewpoint software (a plus).

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional presence when interacting with clients, subcontractors, and public agencies.
