What You’ll Do:
Build and grow lasting relationships with personal and small business clients
Provide consultative financial guidance with a focus on values-based solutions
Support branch operations and ensure a seamless customer experience
Assist with training and mentoring junior bankers
Collaborate with the Branch Manager to drive community engagement and outreach
Promote inclusive and ethical banking practices
Who You Are:
Experienced in banking, financial services, or relationship-based sales
Customer-focused with a strong sense of integrity and empathy
Able to lead by example and support a high-performing team
Enthusiastic about community involvement and social impact
Knowledgeable in consumer and small business banking products
Bilingual abilities are a plus
