Your Next Career Opportunity – Senior Paralegal

This role will be responsible for coordinating real estate transactions, due diligence, closing, and post-closing activities related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare and/or assist in preparing real estate documents related to international M&A transactions, including contracts, title instruments, and closing documents.

Review and analyze ground and tenant leases and contracts in connection with estoppel preparation, identifying potential issues in key terms.

Conduct and organize due diligence reviews.

Maintain and update the deal tracker to reflect current transaction statuses.

Correspond with third-party vendors to obtain necessary information.

Follow up with sellers, ground lessors, tenants, vendors, customers, and outside counsel on various legal matters.

Coordinate dissemination of documents across internal departments.

Draft letters, memos, and reports as needed.

Maintain complete and organized transaction files within online data systems.

Collaborate with senior management on key projects and provide updates as required.

Handle other projects and assignments as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Trilingual skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese highly preferred.

Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

5–10 years of real estate paralegal experience; telecommunications and supervisory experience a plus.

Certified Paralegal credential preferred.
