Looking for a Senior QA Engineer • Pay $50/hr.
This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and OEM standards while driving continuous improvement across quality systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and improve quality systems and procedures in compliance with FAA, OEM, and QMS standards
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA, CAAC, etc.) and customer specifications
Monitor and drive improvements in quality metrics (COPQ, nonconformities, escapes, audit findings)
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D, 5 Whys, and other methodologies
Serve as a liaison with OEMs, DERs, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and repair integrity
Manage internal, external, and customer audits
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke)
Support PFMEAs, risk assessments, and new product/repair introductions
Train and mentor staff on quality standards and regulatory compliance
Lead defect reduction initiatives aligned with AS9145 and AS13100
