We are seeking a strategic and driven Senior Operations Manager to lead our high-performing distribution center in Ontario. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Drive operational excellence—optimize processes, improve productivity, and control costs
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer relationships and operational transparency
Lead maintenance and safety initiatives while managing vendor partnerships
Analyze and refine inventory and warehouse flow strategies
Build, lead, and develop a strong team of supervisors and frontline staff
Ensure all operations meet safety, regulatory, and company compliance standards
Track KPIs, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Research, test, and implement new technology and automation tools
Champion a culture of continuous improvement at all levels

What We’re Looking For
Proven success in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center leadership
Strong background in process design, documentation, and layout optimization
Knowledge of WMS systems, inventory controls, and vendor compliance
Six Sigma certification preferred (but not required)
Excellent communicator with experience influencing across all levels of an organization
Hands-on leadership style—willing to lead from the floor and the boardroom
