We’re looking for someone who has operated in mature, high-demand network environments and can step in with minimal ramp time. This role leads key infrastructure decisions, handles complex issues, and supports a production environment with zero room for guesswork.
What you’ll handle
• Own design, implementation, and support of enterprise WAN/LAN/WLAN
• Lead major upgrades, migrations, and network modernization projects
• Resolve complex escalations and stabilize critical outages
• Manage routing strategies, firewall configurations, and network security posture
• Drive performance monitoring, tuning, and long-term reliability
• Produce clear architecture documentation and change records
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across the team
What we’re looking for
• Extensive background supporting enterprise networks (5–7+ years in similar environments)
• Deep experience with routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, QoS, VLANs, and wireless
• Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco platforms (IOS, Nexus, Meraki)
• Proven history of leading complex technical projects end-to-end
• Comfortable making decisions, troubleshooting independently, and owning outcomes
Certifications
• CCNA required
• CCNP strongly preferred
• Additional security/cloud networking certs are a plus
