Overview
Seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to support Class A commercial office buildings (300k–1M sq. ft.). Ideal candidates have 5+ years of commercial maintenance experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment. High-rise luxury residential experience may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC systems and chemical treatment programs
Perform general building repairs: plumbing, electrical, roofing, carpentry
Conduct routine property inspections and maintain accurate logs/records
Assist with life safety systems inspections and repairs
Maintain inventory and follow budget guidelines
Use online work order systems (including mobile app)
Provide excellent customer service to tenants
Support emergency and severe weather response
Maintain clean/organized mechanical and shop areas

Requirements

3–5+ years commercial maintenance experience (office/retail/industrial/hospital)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work on roofs
Knowledge of building codes
On-call availability (rotating schedule)

Preferred: HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing/Mechanical training or certifications; EPA cert is not required but a plus.

Screening
