This Senior Maintenance Technician - Commercial Properties Position Features: • Location: Tampa, FL 33607 • Scheduled: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM M-F with on-call nights • Great Pay to $30-35/hr. Immediate need for senior maintenance technician - commercial properties to be a part of a team that strives to provide best-in-class service to customers in our full-service commercial office buildings in the Tampa Market. We're seeking someone passionate about providing exceptional service, and fostering a sense of community for our diverse customer base within the portfolio. Snapshot: • We need a candidate with a variety of general commercial maintenance skills. • Client may look at residential candidates only if they have experience with High Rise/high end luxury properties • Good team player with customer service experience. • EPA license not required. • 300,000 to 1-MSF square feet Class A Office Buildings • 3-5 years minimum commercial maintenance experience (office, retail, industrial/hospital) • Tech savvy • Excellent customer service • Professional communication skills, will interact with tenants • High-end occupants • Excellent team player • Growth potential • Every 16 weeks on call – they have a big team - *Be available for emergency calls at night, weekends and holidays on an alternating schedule (on-Call) • Team: Sr Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Maintenance Manager, 2 Maintenance Technicians, 1 Senior Maintenance Manager Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Education from one of the following is preferred: • State, county or local government agency • Approved/sanctioned Technical Institute and/or college or university A combination of no less than (5) years of experience/education in commercial office building systems maintenance specifically including the following areas of documented training/certification/license in one or more of the following fields: • EPA Certified (D) • HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical • Construction, Roofing, Building Life Safety, Carpentry • Basic computer skills, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams Apply for this great position as a senior maintenance technician - commercial properties today!
