What They’re Looking For
A hands-on, customer-facing commercial maintenance pro who’s comfortable in high-end Class A office environments and enjoys being part of a collaborative, service-driven team.
Residential candidates may be considered only if they’ve worked on high-rise or luxury properties.
Must-Have Experience
3–5+ years commercial maintenance
(office, retail, industrial, hospital preferred)
Experience supporting Class A / high-end occupants
Strong customer service & tenant-facing communication
General maintenance skills:
HVAC monitoring (cooling towers, logs, vendors)
Electrical, plumbing, mechanical
Carpentry, ceilings, flooring, doors, windows
Life safety systems coordination
Comfortable with: Roof work, ladders, Preventive maintenance & inspections
Tech savvy (CMMS / online work orders, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
EPA not required, but a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Key Responsibilities
Monitor HVAC systems & water treatment programs
Perform routine building inspections
Troubleshoot repeat service issues
Handle minor repairs across multiple trades
Maintain equipment logs & records
Order parts and manage inventory within budget
Support energy conservation programs
Coordinate vendors & life safety inspections
Maintain clean, organized mechanical & shop areas
Support severe weather prep & response
Deliver white-glove service to tenants
