A well-established law firm in downtown Orlando is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys handling wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases, with a strong focus on trial preparation.

Who We're Looking For:
An accomplished litigation paralegal with 15+ years of experience, specifically in plaintiff-side personal injury law. You should be confident managing complex cases from pre-suit through trial and have extensive trial prep experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and legal memoranda
E-file documents in state and federal courts
Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors
Conduct legal research and factual investigations
Draft and respond to discovery requests
Draft and serve summons
Organize and summarize depositions
Prepare trial binders and exhibits
Calendar hearings, deadlines, and manage case files
Maintain discovery and pleading indexes
Assist attorneys with interrogatories, witness prep, and case strategy
Support case settlement processes
Liaise with internal teams and external parties for trial readiness
Perform additional legal and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
Strong background in wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases
Extensive trial preparation experience
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in legal terminology, research tools, and court filing systems
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

Compensation:
Salary range: $90,000 – $100,000/year, based on experience
