Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Senior Legal Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a legal office environment in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, delivering polished client service, and supporting attorneys, staff, visitors, and internal teams in a fast-paced professional setting.

The Senior Legal Receptionist will provide front desk, switchboard, hospitality, conference room, and administrative support while helping maintain a welcoming and well-organized office. Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist clients, visitors, attorneys, employees, and vendors while providing a professional and welcoming front office experience.
- Answer, manage, screen, and route incoming calls using strong phone etiquette and accurate message handling.
- Coordinate conference rooms, visitor access, meeting preparation, catering, beverages, and refreshments for meetings and office events.
- Maintain lobby areas, conference rooms, kitchens, office supplies, and shared spaces to ensure a polished and client-ready environment.
- Support office services and administrative tasks, including mail handling, shipping, scanning, copying, document preparation, filing, scheduling, and calendar support.
- Follow security procedures, maintain confidentiality, and provide concierge-level support for visitors and internal teams.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour.
- Job Type: 4+ month contract, temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Location: Dallas, TX 75201.
- Work Arrangement: Onsite.
- Dress Code: Business casual with a professional appearance.

- Maintain a professional, confidential, and service-oriented legal office environment.

- High school diploma required.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant receptionist, front desk, administrative, hospitality, switchboard, or office services experience required.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with polished phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Professional appearance, customer-focused attitude, and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working onsite in a legal or professional office environment.
- Ability to use standard office technology and equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform moderate sitting and walking.
- Background check required.
- Drug screening required.

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of related administrative, receptionist, switchboard, hospitality, or office services experience preferred.
- Experience supporting a legal office, law firm, corporate office, or other professional services environment strongly preferred.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience providing concierge-level service to executives, attorneys, clients, or visitors preferred.
- Prior experience coordinating meetings, conference rooms, catering, mail services, and office support functions preferred.
