Senior Help Desk Analyst (6-Month Contract)

Location: Irving, TX (Corporate Office) + Dallas Distribution Center Support
Schedule: 6 AM – 5 PM CST (8-hour shift)

We are currently seeking a Senior Help Desk Analyst to provide high-quality technical support across our Irving corporate office, Dallas Distribution Center, and field associates.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and wants to grow their technical expertise while making an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do

Deliver timely, professional IT support to employees in person, by phone, email, or remote tools in alignment with established SLAs.

Provide on-site support at the Dallas Distribution Center and travel to other locations as needed.

Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain end-user hardware including PC/Mac desktops and laptops, mobile devices, scan guns, printers, copiers, peripherals, and A/V equipment.

Support end-user software applications (third-party and custom), including installation, updates, and troubleshooting.

Perform system administration tasks such as account provisioning/de-provisioning, imaging, email setup, and distribution list/security group management.

Maintain comprehensive service records, asset inventory, and knowledgebase documentation within help desk and inventory systems.

Manage software licenses and maintenance inventories.

Provide training to end users on systems, applications, security best practices, and IT policies.

Install and repair wiring (Ethernet, fiber, coax, audio/video, phone lines).

Uphold strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information accessed through the network.

Ensure adherence to company policies and promote compliance across IT processes.

Perform proactive maintenance to reduce help desk incidents.

Assist with technology research, procurement, and IT project work.



What You Bring

3–5 years of Help Desk or Service Desk experience (preferred).

Availability to work any 8-hour shift between 6 AM – 5 PM CST.

Experience supporting Manufacturing ERP, accounting systems, and EDI software (Oracle strongly preferred).

Strong knowledge of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computers, mobile devices, wired/wireless networks, phone systems, printers, and related technology.

Proficiency with CRM/task management tools and help desk ticketing systems.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Office 365, Active Directory, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

Solid understanding of TCP/IP, WYSE terminals, and terminal server management.

Foundational knowledge of enterprise networking and cybersecurity best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field preferred (or equivalent industry experience).
