Senior HVAC Sales / Comfort Consultant – Prescott, AZ

Guaranteed $80K–$110K + Commission | Company Truck | Paid Relocation

We’re seeking a driven, customer-focused HVAC Sales / Comfort Consultant to join our team in Prescott, AZ. In this role, you’ll help homeowners improve comfort, reduce utility bills, and enjoy better indoor air quality—while earning excellent pay, benefits, and career growth opportunities.

We sell and install premium HVAC systems, plus duct modifications and insulation upgrades when needed, giving you the tools to deliver real solutions—not just quick fixes.

What You’ll Do

Meet with homeowners to assess comfort issues and energy concerns

Recommend and sell HVAC systems, ductwork improvements, and insulation upgrades

Perform or review Manual J load calculations for accurate system sizing

Inspect ductwork and insulation; apply Manual D principles to optimize performance

Build trust with customers through clear, friendly, and honest communication

Advise on multi-zone, high-performance, or complex residential/light commercial systems

Collaborate with design teams to prepare preliminary duct designs or modifications when needed

Who We’re Looking For

4+ years of HVAC experience in sales, service, or installation

Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, load calculations, and duct design

Comfortable discussing technical details in a way homeowners can understand

Confident in advising on system efficiency, comfort, and performance limitations

Team player with a positive, solution-focused mindset

Clean driving record & ability to pass a background check

Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
