A well-established professional services firm in Miami, FL is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to support and enhance a sophisticated financial systems environment. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an experienced financial systems professional with deep Aderant Expert knowledge and strong SQL reporting, data integration, and financial analytics skills.

The Senior Financial Systems Analyst will serve as a key partner to Finance, Accounting, Billing, and IT teams, helping ensure that critical financial applications operate efficiently, data remains accurate, and reporting supports sound business decisions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a stable, professional environment with strong cross-functional collaboration, supportive leadership, and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, SSRS reports, dashboards, KPI reporting, and profitability analysis tools.
- Configure, support, and enhance Aderant Expert in a cloud environment, including billing, collections, time entry, financial modules, workflows, inquiries, forms, and business rules.
- Troubleshoot system issues, resolve financial data discrepancies, and ensure accuracy and integrity across integrated systems.
- Support data warehouse initiatives, ETL processes, data model optimization, reporting enhancements, and ad hoc financial analysis.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, implementations, integrations, and financial systems modernization projects.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Billing, IT, and other stakeholders to document requirements, procedures, specifications, and data mapping.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $90,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
