We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to support accounting operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance within a banking environment.

What You’ll Do
Prepare monthly ALCO and Board reports and support loan reporting
Complete regulatory filings (including FR 2900) and assist with tax returns
Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts and loan suspense items
Perform daily liquidity and variance analysis
Support loan investment accounting, accruals, and reporting
Assist with FDICIA testing, audits, and regulatory requirements
Maintain reconciliations, lease schedules, and financial reporting spreadsheets
Support AP, credit card processing, and accounting operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related coursework preferred
5+ years accounting/finance experience (banking preferred)
Strong Excel and analytical skills required
Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
