As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team in Orlando.

About the Role
As a Senior Associate Attorney in our Family Law division, you’ll take the lead on a diverse and complex caseload, including:

Contested and uncontested dissolutions
Paternity and custody matters
Child support, modifications, and enforcement
Domestic violence injunctions
DCF/shelter proceedings

You’ll be supported by junior attorneys, administrative staff, and cutting-edge tools like Filevine and Lead Docket, all while representing clients in court across Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and surrounding counties.

What You’ll Do
Lead all aspects of case management and litigation strategy
Draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda with precision
Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and conferences
Collaborate closely with paralegals and mentor junior attorneys
Maintain consistent communication with clients and opposing counsel
Uphold the firm's standards for client service and ethical practice

What You Bring
6+ years of litigation experience in Florida Family Law
Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
Strong courtroom presence and persuasive advocacy skills
Excellent client management and interpersonal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Filevine, and Lead Docket
Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment
Board Certification in Marital & Family Law preferred but not required

Requirements
Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
Minimum 6 years of Family Law litigation experience in Florida
Based in or willing to relocate to the Orlando, FL area
