Senior Family Law Associate Attorney

Position Overview:
As a Senior Family Law Associate Attorney, you will be a key figure in managing complex family law cases while mentoring junior attorneys and paralegals. This is a leadership role offering the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to balance both your personal and professional commitments. Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex family law matters, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and property division.

Manage cases from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.

Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials throughout Central Florida.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service throughout the legal process.

Mentor and guide junior associates and paralegals, fostering their professional growth and development.

Collaborate with the team to develop innovative legal strategies for favorable client outcomes.




Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active membership in the Florida Bar and in good standing.

Proven experience in family law litigation, with a strong track record of client advocacy.

Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills.

Exceptional empathy and compassion for clients facing difficult family situations.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases independently, with exceptional attention to detail.

Leadership experience is a plus.
