We’re seeking a Senior Director of Sales with strong experience managing Costco and major club/big box accounts. This role will lead sales strategy, grow key partnerships, and drive revenue within the apparel space.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop Sales Account Managers
Own relationships with Costco and key retail accounts
Drive sales strategy, forecasting, and revenue growth
Expand distribution and identify new business opportunities
Manage pricing, promotions, and trade spend
Partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and finance
? Qualifications:
10+ years in apparel sales (club/big box accounts required)
Proven experience managing Costco accounts
10+ years in leadership roles
Strong negotiation, analytical, and forecasting skills
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency

Travel up to 50%
LA/Chatsworth-based preferred
