About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Leader to drive the successful execution of large-scale, high-impact engineering initiatives across AI/Data Engineering and Product Engineering. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for aligning teams, orchestrating delivery, and ensuring complex, data-driven solutions are executed with precision and efficiency.

You will play a critical role in shaping delivery strategy, establishing operational rigor, and ensuring engineering initiatives—from AI pipelines to enterprise platforms—move seamlessly from concept through deployment.

What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end delivery across AI/Data Engineering and Product Engineering teams
Own execution of complex initiatives involving AI/ML, data platforms, and scalable applications
Develop integrated delivery plans covering data pipelines, model development, feature engineering, integrations, and deployment
Provide executive-level visibility into timelines, risks, dependencies, and progress
Drive execution across AI lifecycle components: data ingestion, transformation, model training, validation, and production deployment
Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Product leaders to translate business goals into actionable technical plans
Establish and optimize delivery rhythms (planning, prioritization, estimation, releases)
Ensure smooth coordination across APIs, microservices, ML workflows, and enterprise systems
Proactively identify and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum
Champion continuous improvement in delivery performance, quality, and team collaboration
Mentor and develop engineering and delivery leaders
Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and workload balancing
Communicate clearly with stakeholders on progress, risks, and key milestones
What Success Looks Like
Consistent, on-time, high-quality delivery across complex engineering initiatives
Efficient execution of AI and data programs from planning to production
Early identification and management of technical dependencies
Clear, transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels
Scalable delivery processes that support organizational growth
What You Bring
12–15 years of experience in technology delivery leadership, technical program management, or large-scale product execution
Experience operating at the VP or Senior Director level
Strong expertise in AI/ML workflows, data engineering, and cloud-native architectures
Proven track record delivering complex systems including data pipelines, integrations, ML-enabled applications, APIs, and analytics platforms
Deep knowledge of Agile, DevOps, MLOps, and CI/CD practices
Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex dependencies
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
What Sets You Apart
Strong technical fluency across data architecture, ML models, APIs, and platform design
Experience bridging AI/Data Engineering with Product Engineering teams
Solid understanding of ML concepts: feature engineering, training, evaluation, inference, and monitoring
Ability to simplify complexity and create clarity across large initiatives
High ownership mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement
