Senior Customer Service Representative – Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Do you have a passion for helping others and leading by example? We’re looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys solving problems, mentoring others, and delivering exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and resolutions

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior customer service team members

Monitor and improve service levels to ensure a best-in-class customer experience

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and streamline processes

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of customer service experience, with at least 1 year in a senior, lead, or supervisory role preferred

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems a plus
