Senior Creative Designer- Events, Print, Digital, and Integrated Campaigns

Location: Minneapolis, MN 55415
Hybrid: 3 onsite / 2 remote
Duration: 6 months with an opportunity for extension
Shift: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Fortune 500 company is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to join their Communications organization and elevate visual storytelling across high-impact campaigns, executive events, and integrated marketing programs.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with an Art Director, fellow designers, and cross-functional teams including our external creative agency to shape ideas, execute polished designs, and ensure production excellence from concept through final delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Concept & Ideation
• Develop creative concepts for events, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
• Present “mild to wild” creative routes with clear rationale grounded in business objectives.
• Contribute to client and stakeholder presentations with strong storytelling and design thinking.
Design Execution
• Create high-quality, production-ready assets across print, digital, environmental, and event touchpoints.
• Maintain a clean, modern, high-impact aesthetic that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Execute layouts, typography systems, grids, and scalable design frameworks.
Systems & Production
• Translate creative vision into flexible design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate with production partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Support environmental and large-format production needs as required.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work within a “pod model” with marketing, project management, motion/video, web/dev, and CX teams.
• Engage early to identify feasibility constraints and ensure concepts can be executed cleanly.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback while upholding high design craft standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required
• A portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and high-quality design across events, print, digital, and campaigns.
• Strong command of typography, visual hierarchy, layout systems, and composition.
• Experience designing for event ecosystems (signage, onsite collateral, decks, email/adjoining assets, templates).
• Ability to deliver clear design rationale tied to strategy and business goals.
• Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have
• Basic motion design skills (kinetic type, transitions, social/motion assets) or close collaboration with video/motion teams.
• Familiarity with environmental or print production specs, vendor coordination, and large-format fabrication.
• Experience partnering early with web/dev/CX teams to ensure design feasibility.
