Key Responsibilities

- Manage client service operations related to client portfolios, account administration, cash management, and service workflows.
- Lead new client onboarding and implementation activities, ensuring accounts and services are established accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing responsive, proactive, and professional service.
- Mentor and train new Associates, supporting team knowledge, consistency, and professional growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve client communication, streamline processes, and promote best practices.
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential client information and sensitive financial matters.

Compensation and Benefits

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage client onboarding, account implementation, and client service workflows.
- Support client portfolio administration, account management, and cash management processes.

- Mentor, coach, and train team members while contributing to process improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Series 65 or equivalent required, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
- 3+ years of client service experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of client service operations within wealth management, investment advisory, or related financial services environments.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational, project management, and follow-through skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a relationship-focused approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client service functions.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or training team members.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience with Tamarac Reporting System.
- Experience with Schwab Advisor Center.
- Prior experience in a registered investment advisor, wealth management, or financial planning environment.
