We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Service Associate to join a high-performing wealth management team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional with strong financial services experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will play a key role in delivering high-touch client service, supporting complex account needs, and ensuring seamless execution of operational processes related to client portfolios. This position also offers a clear path for professional growth and advancement within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Operations
Support the day-to-day servicing of client accounts, including portfolios, cash movements, and account maintenance
Ensure accurate and timely execution of operational requests and client service tasks
Maintain a high standard of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism across all service functions
Onboarding & Account Setup
Lead and coordinate new client onboarding and account implementation
Ensure all required documentation, workflows, and processes are completed accurately and on time
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth client transitions
Client Relationship Support
Provide responsive, high-touch service to clients and internal advisors
Independently handle client service requests, including administrative support and account transactions
Proactively identify client needs and resolve issues efficiently
Collaboration & Process Improvement
Work closely with peers to refine workflows, improve processes, and share best practices
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
Mentorship & Team Support
Serve as a resource and mentor to junior associates
Support onboarding and training of new team members
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business, or related field preferred)
3+ years of experience in client service within financial services or wealth management
Series 65 or equivalent (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
Strong understanding of financial operations and client account servicing
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with platforms such as Tamarac or Schwab Advisor Center is a plus
