A growing and highly collaborative financial services firm is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to join its team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys taking ownership of processes from start to finish.

You’ll play a critical role in delivering a high-touch client experience, supporting advisors, and ensuring operational excellence across client accounts. The organization offers strong mentorship, a team-driven culture, and clear opportunities for long-term career growth.

What You’ll Do:
Client Experience & Account Support
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
• Oversee day-to-day client service needs including account maintenance, cash movements, and documentation
Onboarding & Implementation
• Manage new client onboarding from initiation through completion
• Coordinate account setup, transfers, and service implementation with accuracy and efficiency
Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
• Address client requests and inquiries with a solutions-oriented approach
Team Collaboration & Leadership
• Partner closely with advisors and internal team members to support client needs
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members when needed
• Contribute ideas to improve workflows, communication, and overall client experience

What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of client service experience within financial services or wealth management
• Series 65 license (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working directly with clients and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM systems and financial platforms is a plus
