The Role -
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil/Structural Engineer – Department Manager to lead and oversee complex engineering projects. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong technical depth, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering high-impact engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities -
Lead the design, analysis, and technical review of civil and structural engineering projects
Develop and oversee engineering deliverables across all project phases
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver safe, innovative, and client-focused solutions
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best engineering practices
Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities
Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities as required

Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
8–10+ years of relevant experience in civil/structural engineering within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries
Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas (preferred)
Proven experience managing complex projects from design through construction
Strong knowledge of applicable industry codes, standards, and engineering software
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
