An electronic manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Buyer with strong experience in electronic component purchasing and familiarity with fabrication (FAB) processes. This full-time, on-site role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects, interface with customers, and support production planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchasing activities for electronic components and materials
Respond to RFQs and prepare accurate quotations
Accept purchase orders and schedule jobs accordingly
Act as liaison between customers, engineering, and production teams
Support production planning and ensure alignment with customer requirements
Ensure timely shipment and invoicing of finished products
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
Perform additional tasks to support customer and business needs
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within contract manufacturing
Proven expertise in electronic component sourcing and supply chain management
Familiarity with fabrication (FAB) processes
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Must be a U.S. Person as defined by EAR Part 772 and ITAR 120.15
High school diploma or equivalent required
