About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful brand and creator partnerships. In this contract role, you’ll work closely with the Director of Brand to identify, negotiate, and manage high-profile partnerships that align with our brand values and engage key audiences.

You will play a critical role in shaping how we connect with consumers through strategic alliances across verticals such as sports, entrepreneurship, and family.

Key Responsibilities

Identify strategic brand and creator partnership opportunities using data and audience insights.

Lead contract negotiations to secure high-impact, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners and collaborators.

Develop and execute bold, culturally relevant partnership strategies that drive brand engagement.

Act as the primary point of contact for all partner relationships, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.

Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate partnership success and optimize future efforts.

Manage and allocate partnership budgets for maximum ROI and brand impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA a plus.

5+ years of experience in brand and creator partnerships or integrated marketing roles within consumer-focused brands.

Proven success in building and managing strategic partnerships that drive brand value.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.

Highly organized with outstanding project management and attention to detail.

Passion for innovation, technology, finance, or investing is a strong plus.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-like environments with a high degree of autonomy.
