SENIOR BOOKKEEPER & BUSINESS MANAGER – CPA FIRM Boutique CPA & Business Management Firm | Calabasas, CA

Responsibilities Include: • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for a portfolio of 20+ clients • Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monitor client cash flow • Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations • Complete month-end and year-end close procedures • Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules • Process payroll through multiple payroll platforms • Coordinate quarterly and annual filings, including sales tax, business licenses, and 1099 reporting • Communicate directly with clients regarding bill pay, financial matters, and day-to-day business operations – you are their point person • Maintain organized financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance • Collaborate with firm partners and team members to provide exceptional client service

Additional Skills
