Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Benefits Analyst to join their dynamic team.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of progressive experience in administering benefit plans, managing leaves of absence, and supporting compensation programs. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strategic mindset and a passion for employee support and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefit plans, including pension
Oversee benefits enrollment and eligibility processes
Maintain strong vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party providers
Leverage HRIS systems for accurate data management and reporting
Clearly communicate complex benefits information to employees
Provide compassionate support for employee questions and concerns
Lead and contribute to benefits education and outreach initiatives
Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive implementation
Manage and support a variety of benefit-related projects
