Senior BSA Compliance Analyst

Seeking an experienced Senior BSA Compliance Analyst to support the AML/BSA program by investigating suspicious activity, performing risk analysis, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do
• Investigate and analyze suspicious activity (fraud, AML, OFAC, SARs, CTRs)
• Conduct due diligence reviews on high-risk customers
• Perform quality control reviews of alerts, cases, and reports
• Monitor transactions and identify unusual patterns or risks
• Support AML system tuning, data validation, and reporting
• Act as a subject matter expert on BSA/AML/Fraud compliance
• Assist with audits, regulatory exams, and process improvements

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of BSA/AML and fraud experience in banking
• Strong knowledge of BSA, AML, OFAC, and USA PATRIOT Act
• Experience with SARs, CTRs, and transaction monitoring systems
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and ability to handle sensitive information
• Proficiency with AML/fraud systems and data analysis tools
