Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist (Contract)
We are seeking a highly experienced Accounts Receivable professional to support our manufacturing organization in a short term, high impact contract role. This position will play a key role in managing and collecting large outstanding balances while partnering closely with our Controller and existing A/R team.

About the Role:
This is a senior level position focused on complex collections and cash flow support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, navigating customer portals, and developing effective strategies to resolve outstanding receivables in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and collect high value receivables ranging from thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars
* Utilize and navigate customer payment portals to drive collections and resolve issues
* Develop creative collection strategies in low contact environments
* Partner with internal teams to address billing discrepancies and payment delays
* Maintain accurate records, aging reports, and account updates
* Support cash flow reporting and forecasting efforts

Required Qualifications:
* 10 or more years of Accounts Receivable experience
* Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
* Proven success with large balance collections
* Experience with portal based collections systems
* Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
* Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel

Additional Details:
* Contract duration of at least 3 months with possible extension
* Reporting directly to the Controller
* Virtual interview process with quick turnaround
* Start date as soon as possible, with a short onboarding delay for equipment setup
