Accounting Analyst – Full-Time (Onsite in LaSalle, CO)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Onsite Only


We are seeking a skilled and detail-driven Accounting Analyst to join our team in an onsite role supporting core financial operations. This position is ideal for someone who is experienced in billing, invoicing, data analysis, and financial reporting—and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is not an entry-level role.

What You Will Do:
• Generate accurate customer invoices and ensure timely billing
• Process invoices, rebills, and credits
• Review and reconcile monthly revenue activity
• Create purchase requisitions and secure required approvals
• Submit proof of delivery and maintain documentation
• Enter payroll data, including hours worked, vacation, and sick pay
• Support reporting, audits, and various financial projects
• Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong accounting and billing experience (required)
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to analyze data and ask the right questions
• Advanced Excel skills; strong command of Microsoft Office
• Experience with Microsoft ERP systems (highly preferred)
• Ability to manage a heavy workload and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
• Works well independently and within a team

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Relevant billing/accounting experience required
