Seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial operations across multiple projects and divisions. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting leadership decision-making, and ensuring operations run with clarity and discipline.
This position is ideal for someone who understands construction accounting—not just the numbers, but how projects function, how costs flow, and how financials impact overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage job costing, project tracking, and financial reporting across multiple projects
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports
• Monitor budgets, costs, and project profitability
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist with audits, tax preparation, and regulatory compliance
• Partner with project managers to track and improve financial performance
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting systems and financial records

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of accounting experience (construction industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of job costing and project-based accounting
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or progress toward certification
• Experience working in a multi-project or multi-entity environment
