Senior Accountant
Location: Onsite – South Easton, MA 02375
Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 annually, plus bonus potential up to 10%

Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to support key accounting functions, including accounts payable, billing, reconciliations, and month end activities. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide accounts payable support
• Assist with billing processes
• Conduct monthly sales tax audits and processing
• Perform credit card reconciliations
• Complete inter company reconciliations
• Support job cost application work
• Assist with month end close activities
Qualifications
• QuickBooks Enterprise experience (required)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment
