Title: Senior Accountant
Pay: Up to $125k/yr + any collected revenue you bring with new clients, you receive 20% commission
Location: Media, PA to start but can transition to S. Jersey office if preferred once comfortable
Days/Hours: Onsite M-F 8-4 or 9-5pm candidate can choose between the 2 times
Attire: Business or upscaled business Casual (Blazer, button shirt, no sneakers, pants or dark jeans)
Hard Skills :
Must know General Ledgers & Trial Balances
Expert in Quickbooks
Business Tax Returns & Corp Returns/Preparations
Candidates should know how to technically explain their processes within accounting and know why they are doing specific accounting procedures.
Ideally 5 years or more experience
CPA preferred but not required
Soft Skills:
Be Nice, and a team player, office morale is very important!
Person who can handle relationships is huge
Client Interfacing & someone who can bring new business is a plus
There is legitimate room for Upward Mobility/growth for performers who excel, have the right attitude and strong accounting skills.
