We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in manufacturing and cost accounting to join a growing finance team. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing production costs, and supporting management with data-driven insights to improve efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of cost accounting including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Monitor and report on manufacturing overhead, labor, and material costs.
Partner with operations and supply chain teams to analyze production performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Assist with annual budget and forecasting processes.
Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting and manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory management.
Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
