This role is for a Temporary Senior Accountant who will work Onsite in Apple Valley and occasionally in the Ontario offices.
Must have strong Excel Skills Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS.
Strong ERP experience preferred, Business Central ERP a huge PLUS!
4+ years of hands on Accounting experience as a Senior Accountant in a fast paced high volume employer.
QuickBooks is a plus.
Must have a bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

Responsibilities:
Perform fundamental accounting tasks, including intercompany transactions, trial balance reconciliation, and journal entries.
Support accounts payable processes (approximately 20 bills per week) and accounts receivable.
Collaborate effectively with operations teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Approximately 4+ years of experience as an Accountant.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop or Online and Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP).
Should have experience in cost accounting, inventory management
AP and AR experience
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
