We’re looking for a high-impact Senior Accountant who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to play a key role in a growing organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning their work, collaborating across teams, and building a long-term career—not just checking boxes.

What You’ll Do

Own core accounting functions including journal entries, intercompany transactions, and trial balance reconciliations

Manage and support high-volume Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Partner closely with operations and leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and meaningful financial reporting

Assist with cost accounting and inventory tracking, helping drive smarter business decisions

Contribute to process improvements as the company continues to grow

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Around 5 years of accounting experience in a hands-on role

Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) and Excel (including VLOOKUP)

Experience handling high-volume AP/AR, cost accounting, and inventory

Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized

Clear communicator who works well across departments
