Seeking a motivated Senior Accountant to become an integral part of our
diverse team, as well as an eagerness to contribute their knowledge and skills. The
candidate will provide leadership to staff to maximize workflow and effectively
communicate with corporate management and other departments, provide timely and accurate processing of day-to-day financial transactions and ensure that the company is in compliance with all financial laws while assisting staff in resolving day-to-day accounting and business problems.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manages multiple engagement teams in a way that demonstrates success and
improvements.
• Prepare financial reports to summarize and forecast the company’s financial
status.
• Assists with management of accounting, auditing and budgeting within the
organization.
• Demonstrates an ability to build relationships with clients, focus on understanding
their needs and deliver timely and high-quality service.
• Works to reconcile accounting inaccuracies or imbalances and make entries.
• Ensure compliance with and prepare reports according to applicable government
regulations.
• Monitor accounting tasks to junior accounting staff.
• Coordinates with and prepares reports for upper management.
• Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications/Skills:
• Possess a positive work ethic and a drive to participate as a member of the team
• Begin to mentor staff accountants through leadership and training objectives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly skilled in math, accounting and financial processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Have intermediate knowledge of Excel and MS Office in General
• Solid understanding of GAAP and applicable taxes regulations
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in accounting
